Villa with 2 seperate houses, swimming pool, basketball court, huge garden. Located in a calm & private area, not far from the sea. Really quiet and secure. Air condition, alarm, outdoor tv, table tennis, The plot is 4000 m2, includes 4 buildings. In the main building there are two rooms with double beds and brand new mattresses & 2 bathrooms. Each room is equipped a/c. There is a big dining table for 8-10 persons. A spacious kitchen fully equipped, 2 large refrigerators, a wine cooler, draught beer machine, nespresso coffee maker etc.. and a living room with a fire place, a 40" LCD tv with satellite. In the second building there is a big room which accommodates 2 people, a galley and a bathroom. Also with a/c. The other 2 buildings are for maintenance purposes. There is also a half-basketball court for activities and a professional table tennis. For your relaxing evenings the garden is wired with B&W weatherproof professional speakers connected to a second 40" LCD tv which is also located in the garden streaming music through an Apple TV. The house is maintenance free during your whole stay cause a 2 man crew is always at your disposal for cleaning the swimming pool, mowing the lawn and taking care of the garden in general.
