Nutmeg farm house is known for its warmth and simplicity, The Farm house is naturally endowed with proximity to the Chalakudy River and is rich in flora and fauna set within a beautiful landscape of trees, Ours is a beautiful farmhouse set across glorious sunsets, green landscape, loads of open spaces, cross ventilated common areas, luxurious interiors My place is calm and quite place with plenty of space for guest to spend their time the whole property is 1.5 acers with full of nutmeg trees and the whole house is facing the chalakudy river which is in front of the house guest can indulge in fishing activities if interested and we can arrange a boat ride at an extra cost I run a jewellery shop near to my town so will be available for any of the guest needs I give my guests space but am available when needed My place as mentioned is a calm and quite place it is suitated near to the chalakudy river its a joining place for the chalakudy river and periyar river the famous jewiesh synagogue is just few kms from my place on the oppsite side of the river The easiest way to get around to the place is by hiring a cab from the airport its just 17 kms 19 kms from nearest railway station and can reach my place in 35 minutes and traffic is very less compared to city drives there are public transports available to my place and if the guest is willing I can arrange for a pick up and drop of to the place of arrival and departure
