A cheerie suite close to hiking trails/wineries

The suite is bright and cheerful, one bedroom with a double sofa bed in the living area. It is fully furnished with a full kitchen, complete bathroom facilities and washer/dryer. The suite is totally self contained with its own private entrance. Linens, towels, shampoos and utensils are provided. We are at the foot of Mt. Tzouhalem (Zoo-Halem), a popular hiking/mountain biking and walking destination for outdoor enthusiasts. We offer secure bike storage upon request and also bike washing facilities. We have a covered private patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee and/or an evening glass of wine. We are close to a Garry Oak Preserve and are within a 5-minute drive to Maple Bay which is home to the Lion and Rampart Pub and the Shipyard Pub, if you fancy a pint! The City of Duncan is a short 10-minute drive where you will find unique shops, grocery stores, organic coffee shops and fine dining. The Cowichan Valley is home to numerous wineries, over three dozen tasting rooms, craft beers and award-winning distilleries. Please be assured that in addition to our rigorous cleaning routine, all surfaces have been sanitized/disinfected in accordance with official guidelines. The Suite is self contained with its own private entrance accessed by a key provided by us or left is a secure location. We will be available to answer any questions, either in person, by phone or email. We live in a quiet cul-de-sac and are just 2 minutes away from a lovely park. The City of Duncan offers Totem Tours to learn about the First Nations culture in the Cowichan Valley. We also have a Forest Museum and a Railway Museum. Free parking is available on our property. Public Transportation is available just 5 minutes from our home. On your GPS be sure to enter North Cowichan or Duncan and you should have no trouble finding us. We have a no smoking policy both in the Suite and on the property - this applies to cigarettes, vaping and cannabis.
