Newly renovated villa with pool

Villa Siriwimal is a newly renovated house located in Weligama, 10min from the beach. It’s a beautifully decorated home set in an emerald garden, offering you the privacy & space that you need while on holiday, with all the comforts of a home. The front is a well preserved Dutch colonial structure, while the rear is the modern addition, that faces a large lap pool and a garden with coconuts, banana & mango trees. The master bedroom, on the 1st floor, looks out on the pool and has a private balcony and an open-air bathroom. The 2 other guest rooms that share an open-air bathroom, are located on the ground floor in the renovated house. The house is equipped with 6 Sonos speakers to enjoy music in all rooms. During your stay, I, or the caretaker, will be available 24/24 from check-in to check-out. Please feel free to ask any questions or information; we will be happy to help. We are located in the middle of rice fields & forests. Our closest neighbours is at 200mts, so your privacy is complete. The villa is accessible by car, scooter or bicycle (available at no charge at the villa) In less than 10min you are in Weligama bay. We have 2 scooters for rent at the villa. We provide in-house laundry. Everyday, the gardener comes to clean & service the pool & maintain the garden. A maid is available free of charge every day or every two days as per your request. Bedsheets & towels are changed every week. We can also arrange airport pick up/drop. There are 3 amazing dogs leaving on the property, they are always ready to play and are friendly with everyone. Finally, you will get a 10% discount at Bangkok Kitchen (an amazing roof top Thai restaurant in Weligama) as well as Kwaii, the surf shop & lifestyle store located in the same building as Bangkok Kitchen.
