Comfortable self-contained apartment in the New Forest National Park. Perfect for walkers, cyclists, horse riders, golfers or those just seeking a relaxing break. Pubs and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Ideally situated for visits to the cathedral cities of Salisbury and Winchester and historic sites such as Old Sarum and Stonehenge. For our younger guests Peppa Pig World at Paultons Park is only a 10 minute drive away. The apartment has a private entrance and is accessed via a staircase. The apartment is spacious, easily accommodating up to 4 people, with a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. Babies with own cot are very welcome. It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with fridge, electric hob/oven, washing machine, kettle, microwave, toaster and crockery. The apartment also has 2 TVs and 2 DVD players with Sky TV in the lounge. There is also plenty of private parking. There are wonderful views from the apartment across the paddocks and often red kites, buzzards, great spotted woodpeckers, as well as common garden birds can often be seen. We live in the main part of the house so we will always be on hand for our guests although your privacy will of course be respected. There is a post office and local store 10 mins walk away and there is a traditional Farm Shop at the end of the lane. Other local amenities include a Garden Centre, an Indian Restaurant and a petrol station. A bus service runs between Salisbury and Southampton.
