Located just outside of Nottingham City Centre, our Modern Annex is an unique private space with own access to and from the building , completely separated from the main house , comprising a cosy bedroom , a small lounge with sofa bed, a basic kitchenette area and a shower room . The double French patio doors of the sitting room open up straight on to the charming landscaping garden. The separate entrance via a private garden from street level and the great location, makes the Modern Annexe an ideal place to stay. The building itself is immaculately presented for you to experience the most comforting standards offering . Own key and access, a big difference than that of a room in a house...only for you, like little home away from home for the days stay in Nottingham. Free car parking is available too. As the main house is away from the main road, so it’s quiet at night, offering peaceful privacy; clean, tidy and with everything you could need for a short stay. The Modern Annexe is nestled amongst other residential houses and therefore peace and enjoyment for them must be respected. PLEASE only book to stay here if you plan on being very quiet guest, parties are not allowed. Thank you! If you find yourself running low on groceries, there are local amenities in the area. Take a right onto Derby Road and you will find Sainsbury's Mini supermarket open until 11pm,Launderette , takeaways, fish and chips shop etc. In town you will also be able to stock up on all the things you need. The Town Centre is 6 minutes away by bus/taxi . On Derby Road there is a bus stop right in front of the QMC (the hospital). Take the i4 or Indigo or any other bus going directly into town. A good reference in town, to stop at is Friars Lane or the Victoria Shopping Centre. All public transport: Line 34,line 35,line 36,line 21, line i4, line Indigo have their bus stop within 100 meters just 7 min by walk on Hillside Bus stop If you need more information don't hesitate to ask us.
