Belmont Forum is a 15 min walk or 3min drive where you will find a shopping Centre, Cafes, Cinemas and a Tavern Our newly renovated 2x1 Cottage is located in a prime location just 7km from the city and airport. We have free WIFI There is public transport at your doorstep with easy access to the new Perth Stadium, Crown Casino, Perth City, Elizabeth Quay Fiona Stanley hospital and Fremantle. There is a large shopping centre close by with cafes, cinemas and tavern. Our house is situated on a corner block with ample parking and plenty of room for the kids to run around in. There is an outdoor entertaining area with BBQ facilities. The bedrooms and living area are fitted with USB charging points. There are ceiling fans through out and air con/ heating to the living room.
