Cosy Quinta Moitas in rural Tábua

Quinta Moitas is a beautiful renovated Portugese farm, that we rent since 2006. It's situated in a rural area of Portugal near Oliveira d'Hospital. Excellent contact with our Portugese neighbours (farmers) makes it a unique experience. The quinta has two parts which can be rented together by e.g. family & friends. This advertisement regards the main house (5 people). The other part is a nice and cool studio with separate bathroom and 2 person sleeping room. Quinta Moitas offers an astonishing view over the surrounding valley: Portugese farmland. Our Portugese neighbours add a special touch to the place, welcoming but not bothering you, and bringing over local goods such as wine, potatoes and olives. You can use the house and veranda. In summer, life mostly takes place outside and you can cook outside in the outside-oven, as well as enjoy the veranda and make nice walks in the surrounding valley. Quinta Moitas can only be rented for a week or several weeks. You can reach us by phone and e-mail. Our Portugese neighbors Ernesto and Ines can and will help out locally, if needed. Quinta Moitas is situated in a rural part of Portugal and makes you experience Portugese life as it is: quiet, relaxed, friendly and family-oriented. A (rental) car is preferred to reach Quinta Moitas. You can only rent quinta Moitas for a week, or several weeks. We do not recommend staying in the Quinta between December and February, as there is no central heating (we do offer electric heating in other months).
