The cottage is located in a 3.7 hectare wooded park away from the town of Courtenay. Welcome your family and friends in a friendly atmosphere. Out of sight, enjoy the peace and quiet of nature and forget the hustle and bustle of the city. Only 1h15 from Paris Porte d'Orléans. The Gâtinais region is rich in history and sites to discover. Between Fontainebleau -Cité des Rois and Auxerre; at equal distances from Montargis - the Venice of Gâtinais, and from Sens and its Cathedral. Cottage of 320 m2 on one level dating from 1850. Facing south on the garden, each room has access to the outside. On the ground floor: living room, dining room, kitchen, zen space, office, pantry, and hallway with library, serving bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs: a mezzanine bedroom, a hallway leading to 3 bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet. The farmhouse is located at the end of the path, 800 meters from the road. Vehicles can park in the parking space in front of the house, or outside along the hedge. La Longère is located in the heart of nature, surrounded by fields and woods, with no neighbors nearby. Shops and local services are in the city center 3 km away. The city has an outdoor swimming pool open all summer. Located 3 km from the city center of Courtenay. Located 8 minutes from the A6 and A19 motorway interchanges. By ecological choice, we did not build a swimming pool. Our preference goes towards the use of water for watering the garden. A magnificent outdoor swimming pool is available in town. The site is equipped with a micro-treatment plant for water treatment. We ask our visitors to give preference to organic toiletries and cleaning products as much as possible. Thus frogs and ducks are preserved. To this end, we make these products available.
