Drive in, park under cover and turn the key to your deluxe accommodation. A lovely private space has been created just for you to relax and enjoy your time in Gympie and surrounds. With easy access to the pool, you can enjoy your favourite drink or breakfast on the deck. The pool daybed is the perfect spot to unwind. A kitchenette /laundry and ensuite are fully equipped for your comfort. Feel free to wander the gardens of the Grand Old Lady and enjoy a drink on the verandah love swing, tree swing, have a picnic on the lush lawns, watch the sunset in your private courtyard. Toast marshmallows by the fire and retreat to a blissful sleep on your queen size Koala mattress and soft Linenly bamboo sheets. Combined with the modern comforts of today, we hope your stay at the Grand Old Lady is the epitome of old meets new. Enjoy. Once you have opened the electronic gate with your key fob, press any button, drive in and park under cover in your guest parking spot. The entrance to your luxurious accommodation is immediately to your right. If I am home I will do my best to greet you and show you around. We are in a very quiet cul-de-sac with wonderful neighbours. We are minutes from our local shopping precinct and our beautiful Mary St. CBD. Close enough to all amenities. The Mary Valley Rattler, the Aquatic centre, the Phoenix hotel, and some quaint antique/vintage shops and cafes. Beyond that the beautiful Mary Valley, Rainbow Beach and Tin Can Bay are a pleasant drive away. You can feed the ducks at the beautiful Duck Ponds just down the road. As driving to most attractions within town is only a few minutes away you might want to stretch your legs by enjoying our beautiful new River Walk along the Mary River. It is a favourite local attraction. There is another Grand Old Lady that lives on this property. Her name is Minnie and she is an 18 year old part persian, part rag doll cat. She may come to you to say hello. Please don't let Minnie go into your room.
