The house is part of a small hamlet and is about 10 minutes away from the market town of Montpon-Menesterol. We have a local, english and french speaking, couple who maintain the house, garden and pool. They will welcome you at the house and can answer any questions you have throughout your stay. There are 3 supermarkets within 10 minutes of the house, our town also hosts weekly fresh fish and food markets. Boulangerie are within 8 minutes drive for your morning croissants. We are located within 40 minutes of St Emilion and Bergerac It is best to hire a car, however the house is less than 10 minutes drive from Montpon-Menesterol train station which links to Bordeaux in an hour and the TGV.
