This is a spacious house on a beautiful property. It will feel like you are at your own private resort. The pool is open from May to September. Enjoy the views from the wrap around porch. The house sits back off of the road down a long lane, and is secluded and private with a beautiful view of nature and lots of land for hiking. There is plenty of room, including woods and a river. The house has all the amenities you need to enjoy yourself. Perfect for company meetings & weddings. You will have the house to use, including the lower level, weight room, and one space in the garage. There are some personal belongings in some of the closets, but they are usable. You will have access to roughly 30 acres of property. There is a photo posted showing the property boundaries in yellow that you will have access to. Weddings available upon request for additional fee. Also, this is a great venue for company get togethers, meetings, or parties. See posted picture for the property outline you will have access to. It is highlighted in the yellow boxes. Approximately 30 acres. My wife and I relocated, so my mother will check you in and show you where everything is at or you can opt for remote checkin. The original house on the property is called the Old Stage Coach house and was built in 1806. It was a stop on the underground railroad and has a lot of history and character to it. This house will be available to see. The property is kind of its own neighborhood. You will have access to a large portion of the property - 30 + acres. The house is only 6 minutes from I-70 and Dayton or Indy is an easy drive. Richmond is just 12 minutes away and has great places to eat and shop. We also have the following streaming services provided for your enjoyment: Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, HBO, Peacock network, and the WWE Network. You can access most all those from three separate TV’s. Also, you can request the pool heater to be turned on for an extra charge.
