A well-known area for its vibrant ex-pat community, safe and clean environment surrounded by many fantastic restaurants and bars, it only takes a short taxi ride to the old quarter. The apartment is fully equipped with amenities for guests: - Large glass windows provide natural lighting and fresh air. - A balcony with an amazing view of West Lake. - Luxurious wooden floor. - A simple kitchen full of cooking utensils, a dining table, and chairs. - Washing machine also included. - Separate bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy. - Modern and spacious living room, tv cable, internet wifi included. My apartment is a perfect location to come back after exploring busy Hanoi streets to rest and plan your next exploration. When staying at my apartment you will feel like you are in a large and convenient hotel because as the thoughtful Host, I equipped my apartment with sufficient Lavie water bottles. Tea and coffee are available on the table or in the kitchen cupboard. Paper towels are always placed on the dining table and there are the best eco-friendly towels, face towels in the bathroom for you, and body towels will be placed on your fluffy bed. Additionally, I have a team to clean rooms for guests on request but we prefer once every 3 days to reduce water consumption to protect the environment. Moreover, the housekeeping staff will change your towels and face towels daily in the morning or noon if you request. In the apartment, there will be a washing machine, you can do the laundry yourself or ask the housekeeping staff to help you if you don't know how to use it. We will have instructions if you are confused. In addition, there are plenty of eateries and entertainment venues around the building. You just walk 10 minutes to the main road Nguyễn Hoàng Tôn where there are many foreigners, very exciting and fun in the evening, the European restaurants, and snacks around. From the building, you are only a 10-minute walk to the West Lake and nearby garden where you can have a barbecue or a picnic to enjoy the fresh air around the West Lake. Rent my apartment for joys, peace, and enjoy the best life. You can access all functions/facilities/appliances in the apartment during your stay. Apartments have security guards to monitor and protect everything outside 24/24. We will have the responsibility to take you to the apartment and give you the key. Check-in time is after 2 pm and check-out time is 12 pm. The building is located in a very quiet location and makes everything pleasurable for the customer. The road is very peaceful and in a lane when you go out you can see the West Lake. Really great and quiet living in my apartment, you can experience it when booking this apartment. Walking in the neighborhood is easy as it is located near the center. You can walk or bus, taxi, etc. - Please wait at least 10 mins to make sure there is enough hot water for you. And turn off when using to avoid any accidents happen. - No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Party and loud music are also not allowed in our house. - Kindly treat my property with respect during your stay and do not cause any major or superficial damages.
