Beautiful house 10min from the beach

We just finished a big renovation of the house and everything is brand new! With a garden around the house and plenty of space inside and out. It is a house from the 70's that was completely refurbished and invites you to rest and enjoy the beauty and comfort. The house was redone from scratch so everything is brand new. The thermomix wont be available for guests Fiber Optic Internet is Available. I am an always available for my guests. Just send me a message! Very friendly and family neighbourhood. Here everyone knows each other. Very safe and calm area. 10min walk away from the house is the Vila of Paço de Arcos, where you can find very nice restaurantes and enjoy great grilled fish, typical Portuguese food, Italian an much more. The atmosphere of the vila is very nice with small streets, colourful buildings and always very close to te seaside! The house is 10min walk from the train. The train take you to Cascais (20min) and to Lisbon (20min) and in between to Belem and Estoril. The Fair from Lisbon to Paço de Arcos station is 1,95 euros and the trains start at 5h30am till 1h30am (weekdays) and until 3am (weekends). The ride is very nice with sea and rive view. You can also see monuments like Belem Tower (Torre de Belem) and Jerónimos Monastery (Mosteiro dos Jerónimos). From the house, 10 walk away you have the village where there are supermarkets, Bakery and commerce in general.
