Kitchen on bottom floor, front door entry into living room, 2 bedrooms upstairs and accessible rooftop terrace. Comfortable, safe & convenient. A/C in bedrooms. WiFi & TV. Please NOTE: This property is a townhouse, there are many stairs: Kitchen downstairs, Bedrooms/bathroom upstairs, living room at street level. Guests have full access to house from the kitchen to the roof, the house is open to our guests. We are available via text, phone and email. We also have several local contacts in the event you need something while visiting the home. We have a lockbox installed for easy check in and check out. Code will be given to you prior to arrival. Located in downtown Cesena. House is centrally located to: Malatestiana Library, Alessandro Bonci Theater & Piazza del Popolo, Cesena Football Stadium & autostrada. Cesena is known as the bike city as it's so flat. Biking and walking are best. Bring flat shoes. Ladies-The cobblestones make high heels and wedges tricky. Parking is street parking. House is centrally located to everything in Cesena: Malatestiana Library, Alessandro Bonci Theater, Piazza del Popolo, Manuzzi Football Stadium, historical churches, La Rocca Castle, ippodromo, autostrada and 15km to beautiful Adriatic Ocean. There are many stairs in the house. Bathrooms and bedrooms are upstairs. Kitchen is downstairs. The only area off the street is the living room. Wifi & cable TV available in home.
