We are 600m from a safe swimming beach and awesome fishing. Free wifi and Netflix on a big screen TV. Our home is a comfortable open plan three bedroom beach house. The focal point is the central living area which flows onto the front and rear decks, making it perfect for casual entertaining with friends. The house has cathedral ceilings and has a welcoming and warm feel to it. Split system with heating and cooling for your comfort. 3 good size bedrooms all with ceiling fan sleeping 8. Porta cot also available. - Please note: ALL LINEN AND TOWELS ARE INCLDUED IN THE PRICE!! All you need to remember is a beach towel. Our bathroom has a full sized bath which is helpful with kids, hair dryer and straightener for your use as well as shampoo, conditioner, soap and a few extras such as sunscreen or dry shampoo if you forget it. A full sized laundry with washing machine, laundry powder and dryer. We also have a clothes line outside Fully equipped kitchen with full sized electric oven and 4 burners, microwave, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine (with pods provided), toaster, sandwich griller, healthy fryer, popcorn maker, soda stream, brita water purifier, smoothie blender, slow cooker. We also provide complimentary coffee and tea (check out our selection of herbal teas), sugar, peanut butter, jam, vegemite and a small selection of cereal as well as staples such as olive oil, salt, pepper, tomato and bbq sauce. We even have glad wrap, foil, baking paper and paper towel. Check out our backyard toybox with a beach cricket set, totem tennis, frisbee, and bocces set. Inside there are some kids toys, puzzles and plenty of board games for all to enjoy and don’t forget our free wifi and Netflix. Guests have access to everything in the property except a locked shed and we've locked half of the double wardrobes, the pantry and a small cupboard in the bathroom. Guests still have access the half double wardrobe x 2 and plenty of pantry storage. This includes: A front deck and seating in a peaceful street Large rear yard with deck Outdoor BBQ Flat screen digital TV with hundreds of movies and TV shows to suit all tastes on a hard drive, free wifi and Netflix Our aim is to be available if you need us but to not be a part of your holiday! Entry to the house is by secure key code box, (keys inside box) combination changed regularly. We are based in Melbourne but are on call throughout your stay and can assist you whenever you need it via phone or text. Coronet Bay is a small, quiet town on westernport bay. Our holiday home is just 600m from the local swimming beach. We also have a playground, basketball court, bmx track and frisbee golf course only 200m away! The town has a licensed general store and pubs and restaurants are a 15 min drive away. We are a short drive away from the attractions of Phillip Island, including the world-famous penguin parade and phillip island racetrack. We have public transport links to Melbourne but recommend travel by car as the fastest option. If public transport is your preferred option however check the public transport Victoria website for route times. The bus stop is less than 5 mins walk to our home. We also have an awesome community bus that connects the districts.
