Set in one of the most beautiful parts of Herefordshire, the bungalow offers country walks from your doorstep, peace and tranquillity and great accessibility to many places of interest including the Malvern Hills, Hereford (famous for it's cathedral and the Mappa Mundi) Worcester, Ledbury and Bromyard. The property has a beautiful sheltered garden for sunbathing and alfresco eating. The living area is comfortable and spacious allowing you full relaxation. Wi-Fi and dishwasher. The property is completely self contained with it's own front/back doors, private garden use with own gate. There is plenty of storage space throughout. It is fully equipped except for a washing machine. Underfloor heating keeps each room at the temperature you desire. We are in a rural location with limited public transport options, a car is advisable. Great for walking or cycling from the doorstep and back. I live next door to the bungalow. In Bromyard (2 miles away, 7 min drive, 40 min walk) we have a decent sized Co-op, a couple of award winning independent butchers, bakery's and a green grocer, take away restaurants, cafes, plus a two pubs that also offer food. We are within walking distance (2 miles) of Bromyard. Approximate distances in miles: Malvern 14, Ledbury 11, Worcester 14, Hereford 13, Symonds Yat 29, Cheltenham 35, Stratford Upon Avon 40, Birmingham 46, Bristol 68, Oxford 75 and London 130.
