Tiny House Retreat - Relax and Unwind

Experience Tiny, tucked next to a reserve at the end of a cul de sac spend an evening listening to the birds while only being a walk away from the town's main eating venues. This modern tiny house offers a warm cosy space. It includes, a living space, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The bed is located in the mezzanine. Come for a tiny retreat or a one night stopover. Located in Leeston 30min south of Christchurch and a 45min drive to Christchurch airport. The Bed in the mezzanine is an eco friendly futon mattress. The toilet is a composting toilet, instructions for use are located in the bathroom but hosts are happy to help upon arrival. The tiny house runs on gas which powers hot water and gas hobs. This space is ideal for 1-2 people although the couch can fold out to be a bed if needed. There is parking space available just over the bridge to your left in front of the tiny house or on the street. Leeston's town centre is a 5min walk and includes cafes, a art gallery, Pub/Hotel, supermarket, petrol station and other small boutique businesses. As we live on the property we are more than happy to help with an queries or questions. We love meeting new people and hearing your stroies. Please feel free to pop over to our house if needed but we also very respectful and will not intrude on your holiday. We live down the end of a lovely quiet Cul de sac which backs on to a reserve. We have a stream running through our property which creates a lovely relaxing atmosphere. We are in walking distance (5 min) of the the main street in Leeston. Where you can enjoy art, crafts, cafes and more. Walking is a great way to get around the neighbourhood in Leeston. If you have a vehicle driving is also very easy. Mt Hutt ski area is 45min drive away, Christchurch airport is 35min and Christchurch central is 40min away. The tiny house is situated on our property. You are welcome to drive up the drive and park off to the left beside the fence and in front of the tiny house. We are next to the reserve up the gravel driveway
