Very cool and cozy apartment in Central Area

The cosy atmosphere of the 70qm apt makes you feel like home immediately. Daylight, modern furniture, big rooms, a balcony to chill in the sun, a very comfy bed and a super nice bath & kitchen. It's a very clean house in the most popular hood UNTERBILK/HAFEN. The apartment belongs to a very nice and clean house in a calm street but is still very central. You can reach the apartment directly with the lift to the 2nd floor. As soon as you walk in you feel like home and very comfortable. All guests so far say it has very good energy - for short and longterm stays. You have free access to very fast internet (upload and download) and to a brand new smart TV with a lot of international programs. The big windows allow enough daylight. The main area combined with the living room and the stylish wooden dining table gives enough space to spend time at home. There is also an extra working table and office chair. The balcony is perfect to chill outside. The bedroom overlooks the back yard with trees and is very calm. The dark curtains in the bedroom make sure that you don't get disturbed by sunlight and is also suitable for little naps during the day. The bed has a size of 1.80x2.00m and allows two people to have enough space and sleep very comfortable. You can walk to the most attractive places in Düsseldorf. You can use all the rooms in the apartment and feel like home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. The Miele washing machine is located in the kitchen and very easy to use. There is a laundry rack to dry your clothes. If you are staying with two people you can also get 2 keys for the apartment. There is free high speed internet and a smart TV with many international programs in almost all languages. You can log into your netflix or amazon account. UNTERBILK is one of the most popular hoods in Düsseldorf, because it's in the central area with its own characteristic features. You can find the best restaurants, bars, coffee hotspots and shops nearby. The Rhine is just a 5 minute walk away (700m). So you can chill next to the water and watch the sunset. This is my personal favourite hotspot. If you want to go to the CITY CENTER, you just walk to Königsallee (900m). This street is known for the best shopping places. If you want it a bit more urban, you can walk to the famous old town ALTSTADT, also very close by. All walking distance. More than 260 pubs line the "longest bar in the world": local breweries, lounges, cocktail bars, electro-clubs and sophisticated ambiences. This is the venue to suit your personal taste. You can also find a lot art galleries and cultural venues for intellectual stimulation like Kunstsammlung NRW, the innovative NRW-Forum, Museum Kunstpalast and the Filmmuseum, also the Opera House and many Theatres. The other nice district HAFEN is just a few minutes walking distance away. It is known for the great architecture, international restaurants, cool bars and it is just located next to the Rhine. That makes the Hafen a prominent lifestyle district. You will be provided with my favorite hotspots, restaurants, and cafes in Düsseldorf if you wish. You are very central and can walk to many places. Next Bus Station: 200m (9min to Central Station) Next Metro: 700m (8min to Central Station) Central Station: 1,9 km You can park your car on Kronprinzenstrasse, where the apt is located or look for a spot in the side streets. Usually you find parking spots because it is not a busy street. There is a parking fee for the car, like in almost every street in Düsseldorf, that is close to the city center.
