Nice double room friendly family

We work in the arts. We know our city well. .We have a cat called Bertie. And an ex Guide Dog called Kirk who has taken early retirement. We are friendly and easy going. It’s a really good location for the station +Brighton's best bits! 2 night plus stays only please. We live here and love having guests - quiet, safe and well located. Please note we ask for two Covid vaccines. We like at least 2 weeks notice for a booking and for people to give us a few details about themselves . Thanks ! This warm double bedroom is next to the bathroom and has a lovely view of the garden. It is very quiet . It would suit a single person or couple (same sex couples ŵelcome ) it is most suitable for short breaks as there are coat hooks, small drawers and a table but no wardrobe. Our end of terrace house is near shops , cafés and takeaways. The park and bus stops are nearby. We are a short walk from the sea across a beautiful park. There are toilets upstairs and down and a shared bathroom with a good shower. There is free wifi. We are very friendly, and very opposed to Brexit ! We will tell you everything you want to know about Brighton but we work in the arts and know how to leave people alone when they are tired after work. We may ask you to feed the the cat if we are home late. We speak bad French enthusiastically! Our area is called 7 dials, one of the best places to live in Brighton. 5 minutes by number 7 bus from both Brighton and Hove Railway stations. 15 minutes walk to beach or town. Quiet safe street , shops, cafe, takaways and lovely park round the corner. Number 7 bus every 6-10 minutes to city centre, Royal Pavilion, clubs and sea front. Regular buses up to Seven Sisters, Devils Dyke and South Downs Way. We are half way between Brighton and Hove stations - come to either ! We know our way round all of Brighton's cultural life. If it's on we can find it for you whatever your interests.
