147 By The Sea - A Stunning Seafront Property

147 By The Sea has been renovated with careful attention to detail, thoughtful extras and homely touches that we hope will make you feel welcome, comfortable, relaxed and to ensure your stay is effortless and enjoyable. There is free off street parking available for ONE CAR during your stay. The other parking space is for the upstairs flat so we would ask that you park with consideration and only use ONE space during your stay. Thank you. In the lounge/living room there is a 3 seater white leather sofa and a 2 seater blue fabric sofa. There is also a dining room table in the lounge/living room that overlooks the sea and seats 4 people comfortably on the accompanying chairs and benches. In the kitchen there is a tea and coffee bar that has a small supply of teabags, instant coffee sachets and sugar sachets - so you are able to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee on arrival. There is a nespresso machine that takes either Nespresso capsules or Nespresso compatible capsules. We don’t supply these but you are welcome to use the machine - please just remember to bring your own capsules with you. Since the Covid 19 coronavirus pandemic we are no longer able to provide a Welcome basket. However there will be fresh milk in the fridge for your arrival for you to use in your tea or coffee. There is anti bacterial hand wash In the shower room and the ensuite bathroom as well as some hotel miniature shower gels and shampoo/conditioners for you to use during your stay. The living room and main bedroom both have Smart TV's and there is also a TV with a built in DVD player in the 2nd bedroom. Both bedrooms have black out curtains and top quality mattresses for a comfortable nights sleep. Both bedrooms have hairdryers. There is also an iron and ironing board. There is a stunning light and bright fully equipped kitchen with microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge freezer. There is a kettle and toaster. There is a good supply of utensils and equipment to make any time spent in the kitchen a pleasure and not a chore! Business Travellers: 147 By The Sea is perfectly equipped for the business traveller. There is free wifi throughout the flat and plenty of spaces to work comfortably. There is ample wardrobe space, as well an iron and ironing board, 2 hairdryers, 2 smart TV's and a DVD, Bose speakers, a DAB Radio, USB plug sockets and alarm clocks. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gels are all provided. The mattresses are top quality and offer a comfortable nights sleep. If you would like a quick break from work, there is an outdoor gym immediately opposite the flat on the beach and there is a cafe less than 3 minutes walk away. For the business traveller that is tired of staying in cramped or sterile hotel rooms, 147 By The Sea offers luxury accommodation but with all the space and home comforts you could possibly want or need whilst staying away from your own home. Regular bookings are welcomed and prices for longer midweek stays are negotiable. Please contact me for further details. Child Friendly Family Holidays: If you are travelling with little ones we can supply a travel cot or a smaller crib /bassinet that is more suitable for younger babies (from newborn - 1 year). We also provide a high chair and a baby bath. Unfortunately we don’t provide any cot bedding so we ask you to bring your own. Since Covid 19 , and for everyone’s safety, we have had to minimise the number of items In the property. Therefore we no longer provide any games, toys, dressing up clothes, wooden toys, books or DVD's for children. PLEASE NOTE: The bed in the 2nd bedroom will be made up as 2 SINGLES. If you want a larger bed, you are welcome to push the 2 beds together (and I will provide a Superking sheet that you can put over the base of the 2 beds). PLEASE NOTE: There is ONE off street parking space available for you to use free of charge during your visit. The other parking space is allocated to the upstairs flat and must not be used at any time during your stay. There is an open outdoor space to the front and side of the property so children should be supervised in this area at all times. There is also an enclosed garden space we refer to as “The Secret Garden” that has an outdoor dining table and chairs that you are welcome to use during your stay. We kindly ask that furniture, soft furnishings (cushions & throws) or decorative items are NOT moved to other rooms or taken outside into the garden or taken to the beach, We look forward to welcoming you to 147 By The Sea and to lovely seaside town of Worthing with all the wonderful things it has to offer.
