Fisherman's house

Small independent town house, called the "Fisherman’s House", with access to an equally charming courtyard: possibility to eat outside. A kitchen on the ground floor with separate toilet, a floor with a living room, bathroom and a mezzanine. We lend our bikes with pleasure, you can also store yours in the secure courtyard. The bed 140x190 is on a mezzanine of 9m2 and a comfortable sofa/bed in the living room. We provide sheets from two nights. A site in the center of the Burgundy region, at the crossroads of three departments : Yonne, Nièvre et Côte d'Or. The entire house is for you, an outdoor courtyard for eating and resting. We will be your first neighbors, but the spaces allow any independence: present but discreet. I am listening to you so that you have a very nice stay. We are close to the port, 3 minutes from the village square with a grocery store, a bakery and a welcoming bar/brasserie.
