Parkview Chase

Park View Chase is a modern 3 storey townhouse situated in a quite residential area. Just inside the outer ring road (A1237) and half a mile from the Rawcliffe Bar Park and Ride. Furnished to a high standard with numerous children's play areas near by. The house is an ideal base for families to explore York and the surrounding area. Park View Chase is now complimented with our second holiday home Squires House located on the same street sleeping 7. All bedding is provided and beds are made up ready for your arrival. Towels can be hired for an additional cost, please let us know in advance. All sinks are supplied with liquid hand soap. Bath mats and tea towels are provided together with washing up liquid and a dishcloth/sponge. When you hire Parkview Chase you get sole occupancy of the house. The house has free Wi-Fi. We will contact guests about 1 week prior to arrival with further details for the house and to arrange key handover/collection. We endeavour to meet all guest on arrival to welcome them to Parkview Chase. The house is set in a quiet residential area with numerous play area near by. There is off road parking for 2 cars but plenty of parking just next to the house. The Lysander Arms is just a few minutes stroll away, ideal for a meal, glass of wine or coffee. The outer ring road is just half a mile away and York city centre is 2 miles away. The Rawcliffe Bar Park and Ride is half a mile from the house and takes just 10 minutes to get you to the city centre. You can walk into York within 30 minutes. Park and Ride half a mile away at Rawcliffe Bar. Bus stop less than half a mile. Train Station 2 miles. Please note we do not accept hen/stag parties or similar. We are unable to accept pets.
