Relax by the pool in a secluded and serene backyard! Large, clean and comfortable home. We are located on 7 acres with a spacious backyard surrounded by nature. The home is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood conveniently located 1.3 miles from downtown New Paltz and on the foothills of the mountain where you can enjoy the attractions of the Hudson Valley. You will have a spacious private section of the home with separate entrance that includes a hallway, bedroom, and bathroom. In the bedroom you will find a mini fridge for your use. There is a shared pool and a large porch. Be sure to get your cameras ready for our curious neighbors: deer, chipmunks, foxes, turkeys, owls, bunnies... Guests will have access to their private area with the separate entrance. Guests will have access to pool, yard, and large deck. There is parking onsite. I will be available to provide info and guidance. I may not necessarily be present 24/7 but will be reachable by cell at all times.
