Self contained Annex with private garden

The Annex near Rye East Sussex is a great space to relax having its own garden. It has a good sized bedroom and shower room and small (Website hidden by Airbnb) perfectly placed to visit Rye, Bodiam castle or a two minute walk to Dixter house and gardens. You have the steam trains five minutes away as well as Kayaking. Great for walks and bike riding. Northiam is a great village. It has the very popular Wills cafe, two shops even a hairdressers. Fantastic pubs are only a few minutes drive away. The Annex has its own entrance and private garden. You can park on the shared driveway I’m always available to help. I want my guests to feel at home. Although I live next door, I do not want guests to feel on edge. So you may not see me but feel assured I’m only a text or knock away if needed Rye. Camber, Hastings and winchelsea as well as Bodiam and Tenterden are all close by. You can actually walk to quite a few things. There is a bus service into Rye if needed Bread for toast, jam , butter and milk, tea and coffee are all in your room on arrival so you can make a light breakfast in the morning
