Bright refurbished flat - moments from waterfront
Lovingly refurbished 2 bedroomed entire flat on the first floor of a large Victorian house; with modern kitchen/dining area and a tall, bright, airy sitting room. Centrally located, the flat is situated in the historic part of town, only moments from the waterfront & Hoe (where legend states Drake played bowls before fighting the Armada); the Barbican, with restaurants, shops, cafes and bars, is a five-minute walk; the Theatre Royal and Plymouth Pavilions are 7 minutes walk away. Our flat can accommodate up to 4 comfortably. The kitchen is light and airy with grey doors and a white acrylic worktop and comes fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay, including a Nespresso machine, microwave, & dishwasher. Stairs link the kitchen to the rest of the flat, as you ascend from the kitchen: the master bedroom, with king-size bed, is on your right and the second bedroom with twin single beds is on your left. Straight ahead, at the front of the flat, is the sitting room, complete with chandelier and lovely tall ceiling with original Victorian cornicing. There is a green marble table in the front bay window; perfect for your morning cuppa/coffee and seating for four. If you simply want to kick back and relax there is a 48 inch flat-screen TV, with internet connection for modern streaming platforms. Fresh linen and luxury Turkish cotton towels are provided. There are storage drawers under the beds and hanging facilities in both bedrooms. There is a Safekey lock box installed to allow flexibility around time of check-in. If there is any problem with access you can either call me or my friend is just 10 mins away. I am available on the phone throughout your stay should you need me. The flat is in a quiet neighbourhood, yet with easy access to town centre, the waterfront & restaurants (further instruction will be available in the welcome booklet within the flat on arrival). We ask all guests to respect the residential area and to refrain from making noise after 10pm. There are two options for parking - either in a free space located behind the house, which is shared with the other flats or we can provide you with reduced cost parking permits (£5 per day) in the street outside the front of the house. Whilst the Covid-19 pandemic persists, we will be following a strict cleaning regime. The flat will be thoroughly cleaned as standard followed by disinfection between guests. All frequently touched surfaces (for example, TV remotes, handrails, kitchen and bathrooms etc.) will be disinfected with '6 kill log' disinfectant. All bedding and towels are cotton and freshly laundered.
