Stand Alone Cottage with full facilities and pretty rural outlook. Owners live on site but respect the privacy of their guests. We have an antique furniture business on the property. This comprises a large selection of imported French/English Furniture and small goods. We are located 5 mins from central Rangiora, 20 mins from CHCh airport and 30mins from central ChCh at non peak travel times. A multitude of Beaches,Walking and Cycle tracks along with cafes etc available 15mins away. Sleeping facilities available for 2 children and 2 Adults. Central Canterbury Location. Guests have full access to the cottage through the Owners Driveway Information Pack on local amenities will be available in the cottage Rural Setting only 5 minutes to Rangiora Parking available on-site.. Public Transport ie buses available in Rangiora Hosted by Mike and Julie Kerr. There is a Stream and large Pond insitu on the owners property. It is vital that all children are supervised outside.
