A cozy place where you can relax. Very accessible to everything. We are located at: SUNTRUST PARKVIEW CONDO, Natividad Almeda-Lopez St., Ermita Manila Land Mark : Beside Boyscout of the Philippines Hotel or Across the street of SM MANILA (1 minute walk only from the parkview condo). One ride to the shopping destination Divisoria/Tutuban Center/LuckyChina Mall/Binondo Chinatown. Near St. Lukes Medical Extension, Ocean Park, National Museum, Intramuros, Rizal Park and Airport. Studio Unit 24 sqm which can accommodate maximum of 3 persons with 1 full size bed and 1 sofa bed. Has comfortable place and a home away from home. The space is equipped with complete kitchenware and with fast internet connection. Very accessible to everything. Guests can use the kitchen, living room, and dining area. Guest can access the access the swimming pool and gym area. REMINDERS: **Guests can only use the pool from Monday (starting at 4pm to 10 pm) Tuesday to Friday (from 6 Am Until 10 PM) **Maximum of 2 guests are allowed to use the pool and gym area. I won't be available in person during your check in and check out but I have a co-host to assist and attend your needs during your stay. The place is very near to SM Mall just 1 minute walk across the street. Near to Manila City hall and manila's tourist spots like Intramuros, Rizal park, Ocean park, US EMBASSY, MOA and Airports . Very accessible to everything. Walking distance to LRT line 1 Central Station. The unit is all yours while you are my guest. I'm not requiring any SECURITY DEPOSIT as I completely trust my guest(s) but if ever any damage made by the guest(s) in the property shall be settled before the check out. Please keep the unit clean and tidy. Switch off all the lights, appliances and water faucet when not in use. Dispose your trash properly and dishes must always be clean after use. Guests can only use the pool from Monday (starting at 4pm to 10pm) Tuesday to Friday (starts 6 PM Until 10 PM) No Saturday and Sunday use. Maximum of 2 guests are allowed to use the pool and gym area. Booked guests are required to provide a picture of at least 1 Valid ID and the list of names of their companions. As we are required to send an authorization letter and the ID's of our guests to the Property Management of Suntrust. This is for security purpose only.
