King size room

King size room on the 2nd floor of a 3 storey terraced house on a quiet tree lined street. The room has a King size bed, feather duvet and pillows with 100%cotton linen. The room has a velux skylight with complete black out blind. The room has a TV, wifi, fridge, a kettle with tea, coffee & milk. There is a modern bathroom on the 1st floor with a walk in shower. The fully equipped kitchen is on the ground floor (shared with owner).There is permit parking outside the house. Room at the top of the house. It's a large spacious room with natural daylight from a large velux window. Guests will have access to the kitchen if they want to cook food. I will be on hand to answer any questions and give travel/restaurant advice etc. Quiet street near the centre of town and near a spar shop, post office and chemist. Great transport links to Manchester either driving, just off the A666 or by train 10 minutes walk to station. 5 minutes walk to the centre of town. There is a bus stop at the end of the road into Bolton takes about 5 minutes or 25 minutes ride to Bury. Extra guests after first guest £10 per night.
