Welcome to our 100m2 guest apartment, part of an XVIII century town house, located in a lovely village of Rochefort en Yvelines in a regional nature reserve but still only 50km from the centre of Paris. The property is freshly renovated and furnished throughout with a mix of antique and contemporary furniture providing you with style, quality and comfort. The property is over two floors and offers: On the ground floor: A private entrance with storage for shoes and coats An open plan kitchen/dining/living area Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, fridge, oven, cooktop, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and of course plates, pans etc Shower room with WC and washing machine Two double bedrooms with new, quality 160x200 mattresses On the first floor: open plan sitting/play area with 4 convertible single sofa beds. There are WiFi, TV, DVDs and DVD player, Internet radio, electric drums, electric piano, mini-football, toys and children's books. Linen and towels are also provided. The apartment is a part of our main house but with its own private entrance. Guests share the garden with us. I speak English, Français, Русский and a bit of Polski so don't hesitate to communicate in a language easiest for you. Also, if you wish, I could organise train station pick ups; day trips to local attractions, wine tastings etc for an extra charge. We are located in a lovely picturesque village of Rochefort en Yvelines. There is an excellent boulangerie 30m away from the property and two restaurants within minutes walk. Golf Club. Two children's playgrounds. The region is famous for its forest walks, chateaux and historic towns. We are 50km away from the center of Paris, 25km Versailles, 15km Rambouillet and 40km from Chartres. Disneyland Paris is an hour drive. You could easily do day visits to famous Chateaux de Loire. We have couple of bus lines that go to Dourdan or Rambouillet, but I would strongly advise to have a car to move around. I could lend you our bicycles to explore the area.
