Elegance in a quite neighborhood with easy access to I-30 freeway. Great outdoor space and home is newly renovated and clean and sanitized. Perfect for a get away, or passing through. Please note the hot tub may not be filled or heated during the summer months unless a special request is made at initial booking. I am available anytime and only a phone call away. There is limited parking space and only room for no more than 3 cars. Hot tub may not be filled or heated during summer months. During cooler months it does take a few hours to get hot tub to optimal temp so plan ahead or request preheated at check in. Guests will he asked to add chemicals after each use and to return temperature to 84 degrees when not in use. If you bring a pet a deposit is required.
