Being a studio flat we had to manage a way to arrange the space and make it smart and friendly for our guests, this led to have the kitchen and the dining table as the first area, here there is plenty of space and if you are a cooking enthusiast we assure you'll find kitchenware for every need. The second area is separated by a wood structure which is set between the bed, with its spacious bridge wardrobe, and the living space where two armchairs and the TV are provided. Natural light is granted by two huge door-windows that irradiate the apartment and also allow to reach the wide balcony where an outdoor table takes place, here you can relax or dine outside. The bathroom has a dedicated room, offers a spacious shower and is linked to the openspace through a short hallway. The building is served by a spacious elevator. Towels, hair dryer and bed linen are all provided. our guests have the whole apartment at disposal we are always available for any need The location is what make this apartment so special: it's 2km far from the highway, but still in a residential area, the town center is reachable by just crossing the road and the Maggiore Lake is just 2km away. Being so close to the town center allows to reach pretty much everything by foot and even the beach on Ticino river, the train station and the biggest mall in town are less than a 10 minutes walk away. Honorable mention for the Leonardo-AgustaWestland training academy that is almost next door, around 4 minutes by foot.
