Farm House Ciginj Slovenia i 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms Sleeps 6, Our traditional Slovenian farmhouse is set off a quiet country road with spectacular views of the Slovenian Alps. 4km from Tolmin, in the beautiful Soca Valley. free parking The house is set in the Julian Alps, moments away from Tolmin, in the beautiful Soca Valley. The house has a large garden to the front. To the rear is a covered terrace area with BBQ facilities and patio table and chairs to seat eight. Behind the house is a forest with numerous trails for walking. The house is arranged over three levels: The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen and living and dining space; the second floor has a large double bedroom and bathroom with bathtub/shower and washing machine; the third floor has a large double bedroom with exposed stone work, single bedroom and a bathroom. Along with the three main bedrooms that can sleep five there is a sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two. By special arrangement a further sofa bed could be used in one of the double bedrooms (Sleeps 7) TV with DVD player (including a selection of movies in both formats). Kitchen including fridge with freezer; coffee maker; gas hob and electric oven; kettle, toaster, blender. Iron and ironing board. Washing machine.. Bed linen, duvets and towels. There there are numerous grocery stores and restaurants etc in the vicinity (5 minutes by car). All areas of the house are for the sole use of the guests. There is also a BBQ area at the back of the house. We have a local lady who will take care of all questions or problems that may arise in the house. We provide you with her contact details before arrival. Ciginj is a pretty village of approximately 100 people. There is a bar and pizzeria restaurant open every day except Wednesday with outside seating, serving great pizzas. and free wi-fi. The town of Tolmin, 5 kms from Ciginj, has numerous restaurants, shops and bars, banks, three supermarkets and a variety of small local shops. There is a 24 hour emergency medical service, doctors and dentists. Tolmin is a pretty town with a museum, church and the Tolmin Tourist office. It is advisable that you have a car to get to and from Ciginj. There is a local bus service with buses passing the village every hour. The house is available from MAY 1st to SEPTEMBER 30th *ONLY* MINIMUM RENTAL IS 5 nights. There is a Tourist tax of euro 1 per adult per day. children 50 cent
