Quietly located by the lawn in a charming village with breathtaking views, the house is a 3 minute stroll from the gorgeous beach (with private direct access through lift). It has all the amenities needed for a great stay, including nearby supermarkets & 3 pools. We use this house for our family holidays, so it is well kept & equipped. We are in a peaceful area with plenty to do nearby. Close by you will find restaurants, bars and nightclubs, child activities, golf, tennis and water sports. 5 bedrooms, sleeping 13 people, in Prainha / Alvor, very close to the beach. COVID-19 UPDATE: we are implementing a more intensive cleaning process, with hospital grade disinfectants. This magnificent home, located on the main lawn of the Prainha complex, is 3 minutes away from the beach (with direct lift access). We are also extremely close to the main pool in the complex, which is just across from us (1 minute walk). The condominium has 3 pools, 5 restaurants, playground area, tennis and paddle court and supermarket. This is a very spacious and comfortable home and is ideal for large families or to join friends and share a single space. The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 toilets: 2 twin suites, 1 suite for three people; 1 twin bedroom and another with 4 beds (2 bunk beds). The house has capacity to sleep 13 people. Note the house is in two buildings connected by an internal private patio. The main part of the house has the living and dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets. The second part of the house has 3 rooms and 2 toilets. The living room is large (about 40sqm) and includes a dining area. There are two outdoor patios (one with a dining area) and a roof top terrace with sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and laundry, 1 refrigerator, 1 freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. I will be able to communicate with you and help with any questions or problems any time during the day. We are in a nice charming village with great neighbourhood. Extremely safe (with 24 hour security) for kids and adults alike (we have never had any problems). All main amenities are within walking distance, as well as the nearby city with great restaurants and nightlife (although the condominium restaurant Canico has amazing parties in the Summer by the beach, so you don't have to live your local area). Buses and taxis are available if needed. PADDLE BOARD: we have recently added a paddle board to our house amenities for rental. You will be able to visit the coast alongside our beach, visiting caves and private beaches along Alvor. Very fun for the kids and beautiful views for the adults. Reach out if you would like to rent it :) Guests will be able to access the whole house and nearby facilities. We will be available to help guests at any point during the stay. There is plenty to do nearby with restaurants in Alvor, shopping centers in Portimao, bars in Praia da Rocha. We cannot forget the onsite restaurants (4 open during the day), local supermarket and other nearby amenities such as bowling, golf, tennis, etc. There is some public transportation nearby (buses). Taxis are readily available and are not expensive. Parking is available onsite free of charge. During the winter months nearby amenities may be closed. House is equipped for the winter months, including heating and a functioning fireplace.
