A beautiful beach place for your Summer Holidays! Psakoudia beach is located in the middle finger, most beautiful of Halkidiki. That means you have the advantage to visit all the unique beaches around. A place for every kind of holidays, families with kids, young people, couples & elder people to enjoy the sun & the excellent food. Very close to Thessaloniki and from the Airport. It is a studio about 22m² with balcony, Air-Contitioner, 32" TV, 2 beds (1st bed is semi-double & 2nd bed is single). There is a kitchen, a WC with shower and a balcony with a horizon view & olive trees. The apartment is equiped with shampoo/shower gel & toilet paper (these are offered only one time). Also there's a filter coffee machine, toaster, glassware & kitchenware. The garden is available for you to enjoy during your beautiful & relaxing holidays and it's equipped with umbrellas, tables & chairs. Anytime, I shall be there for you for any help or your questions. Shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, garbage bag, kitchen liquid soap or handwash liquid soap and the rest, are offered ONLY once. If they are finished there is no possibility of replacement. The Super Market is only 50 meters from the apartment! Taverns, Beach Bars, Super Markets, Rent a Car and Organised Excursions are available and close from the apartment. The beach is sandy and very close to the apartment, only 6-7 min (450-500 m) by foot. Taverns and beach bars are in front of the sea. Also you can find a Touristik Info office where you can ask any information or rent a car/bike. Chalkidiki is the birth place of Aristotele! Aristotele is the great Greek Macedonian Philosopher , the teacher of Alexander The Great , the Greek Macedonian King! In Chalkidiki is located the world famous "Petralona cave", the place that was found the skull of Archantropus, estimated the age of the skull at around 500.000 years ! Psakoudia Chalkidiki located between the 2 most famous Mountains in Greece, Mount Olympus, the house of Ancient Greek Gods & Mount Athos an important centre of Eastern Orthodox monasticism. After summer period you can enjoy a different beauty of Psakoudia beach. It is much more quite, there are not so many shops or taverns open but you can find what you need in next villages. You can move how you like, by car/bike/foot etc 1.The apartment is for maximum 2 adults+1child (until 7 years old). 2 Kitchenware included, but not cooking oil /salt, pepper or spices! 3. Shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, garbage bag, kitchen liquid soap or handwash liquid soap and the rest are offered only once. If they are finished there's no possibility of replacement. 4. Kitchenware & glassware are in basic level for someone to cook. Special glasses (wine glasses, cocktail glasses etc.) or special kitchenware tools (grater, garlic tool etc.) are not included. If some guests ask for more special kitchen tools or special glasses, it is possible to be added with additional cost. 5. Clean towels will be given every 3 days (after the 3rd night is over) and clean sheets will be given every 5 days (after the 5th night is over).
