Apartment near Amsterdam. Cozy, small private part of an apartment in a prime location in the city of Bussum. Only a 2 minute walk to the train station Naarden-Bussum. Amsterdam and Utrecht are 20 minutes away by train or car. The apartment is located near the center of Bussum with nice restaurants and shops. It is located in such a way that you are not inconvenienced by trains and traffic. There is a small private garden with garden furniture. The total apartment is split into 2 smaller apartments; the part for my guests is completely private, with its own entrance and private garden. It is not a large apartment, but cozy and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Of course a private entrance, a small garden, cozy room with a cozy large table, an adjoining bedroom with TV, beds are of course made, corridor to the bathroom and small but complete bathroom including toilet. Everything is for your private use! The apartment is not suitable for making extensive meals yourself, as there are no kitchen or cooking facilities. There is a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, dishes, cutlery, glasses etc. to have a good breakfast in the morning or to heat a ready-made meal in the evening. But very nice restaurants and take away within 2 minutes walk; Fusion, Chinese, Italian, Turkish etc. Naarden Bussum station is a 1 to 2 minute walk and the lively center is a 5 minute walk. So no taxi, long walks, etc. is necessary. Little noise nuisance as it is on the right side of the station (The aerea is called “ het Spiegel”). The other side of the station is noisier due to restaurants and bars. There you will hear the trains and the entertainment crowd. Pay attention to this when you rent something in Bussum. No smoking area. Fortress city Naarden is very special to see and borders Bussum, but the real beautiful villages Laren and Blaricum are also worth a visit. It is ideally located as a base for Amsterdam and Utrecht. 2 minutes walk from the train station, closer is not possible. Still very quiet. To Amsterdam and Utrecht is 20 minutes. Walking to the center of Bussum with cozy shops, supermarkets and retaurants is 5 minutes. Restaurants also a 2 minute walk away with options to take away meals. Chinese, Italian, Turkish etc. No noise disturbance. Cheap parking is possible via Q Park - P+R, just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Free parking 700 meters away from the center, in the streets behind the apartment. Top location for little money.
