The apartment is very close to the beach and 800 meters from the city center. Near the apartment, reachable on foot, there are restaurants, supermarket, bike rental, ice cream parlors, shops and other services. The apartment is approximately 50 square meters, hills side (west), fourth floor (with lift), 50 mt close to the beach. The apartment at the attic have recently been restructured, using energy saving technologies like a solar system for domestic hot water and the use of energy-efficient appliances in the interest of environmental sustainability. The building is served by a lift. The apartment consist of: - a spacious living room with an open kitchen with induction hob, a couch, Led television and airconditioning. - two bedrooms with an extra bed. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a LED tv and a bathroom with shower cabin; sheets for the beds are included and towels for the bathrooms are available on request (10,00 euros per kit). The equipment includes every type of complement, furniture, kitchen equipment, sink and washing machine. Pineto, like all the towns bordering the Adriatic coast, is crossed by the railroad on the coast. So, apartments close to the sea have the disadvantage of being close to the railway but the great advantage to be very close from the beach. Close to the apartment, in walking distance, there are restaurants, supermarkets, bike rentals, ice cream shops and so on. Furthermore, regarding the beach, you can choose to rent umbrellas, sunbeds or deckchairs in the several beach bars or to go to the public beach areas, which are free and nearby, using the umbrella you will find in the apartment. The apartment is particularly suited for young couples or families with children. It is located in Pineto (TE), right next to the waterfront of the adriatic sea. Close to the apartments you will find the different pine forests of Pineto, which are easily reached eather on foot or by bike thanks to the wonderful pedestrian and cycle track that extends over the entire coastal area, from north to south, along the entire pine forest. Following this cycle track you will find, less then 4 km far, the Cerrano Tower, home of Marine Protected Area Torre del Cerrano which we suggest to visit because of the beautiful natural scenary. Pineto is a singular town on theTeramo coast, because it is the only one to have a dense pine grove that shields it from the beach. Pineto, now a popular seaside resort thanks to its excellent tourist amenities, also developed during the last century, originally an offshoot of the ancient town of Mutignano, which lies on the hillside nearby. The architecture of the town is modern, enhanced by a number of handsome period villas, whilst the beach enjoys the unusual feature of its fine pine grove backdrop and also boasts about 40 private lidos. If we take the panoramic inland road, after nine kilometers we reach Atri, one of the most interesting of Abruzzo old towns, famous for its splendid cathedral with frescoes by the Renaissance master, Andrea De Litio. The Pineto-Atri road cuts through the fantastic erosions that created the Atri badlands, whilst near Borgo Santa Maria we will discover another unique geological phenomenon: the mud craters called 'Vulcanello'. South of Pineto, the elegant Cerrano tower looks seawards: this most famous of the Abruzzo's coastal towers was used as a lookout point to spot marauding Saracen pirates, and it is now the guardian of this splendid stretch of free beach, house of the Marine Protected Area of Torre del Cerrano.
