The house offers great accommodation for up to 8 guests. No more than 6 adults will be accepted. It offers a spacious living area, and indoor/outdoor flow. The lounge opens up to a sun drenched area that opens to a fully fenced private back yard with outdoor dining, lounging, trampoline & BBQ The kitchen is well equipped with pantry & basic pantry and cleaning items. The bunk room is a combined TV and kids play area. The house is less than 2mns walk to the beach, and opposite a playground and tennis court. We have 3 spacious bedrooms, a master queen with an en suite, a queen and a double/single bunk. In the rumpus we have 2 x single bunk beds (4 beds total) with a comfortable single size couch and toys, books and DVDs for the kids. NOTE: Linen fee is included in cleaning fee. Please bring your own soaps and toiletries Minimum 3 Nights for long weekends Access is gained via a Key Lock code NOTE: Water pump and hot water need to be turned on, on arrival. This is covered in the pre arrival notes that will be sent. With self entry, there is no need for me to be at the house and I will be available via phone as required. The house is located up at the end of a R.O.W driveway opposite the local tennis court and playground. The street has a mix of permanent residents and other bach owners/rentals. The location by the tennis court and playground is a huge bonus to families with young children as it is an ideal space for them to get out during summer or winter. Away from the road to have a good time, play tennis, kick a ball or ride scooters or bikes. Added bonus of being able to see them through the kitchen window. We have easy access to the beach with the main pathway right next to the house. Omaha is just a 60min drive north of Auckland. The Pristine beach is surf patrolled in summer and offers good swimming and surfing. The all tide boat ramp is a busy spot and here you will find good facilities for small craft, including kayaks, windsurfers, sailing etc
