Our 90m2 apartment for 5-6 persons is in the center of Riga. Quiet and stylish accommodation offers 2 double bedroom, 1 bedroom and 1 living room . Kitchen is fully furnished . We have 2 double bedrooms. *only self checkin option! *High speed Wi-Fi Internet . *Parking is for free *all apartment is available for guests! The Apartment is located on the corner of Caka and Lacplesa street, which is second main street in a capital. The area surrounding is quite and friendly and offers a wide range of shops, coffee bars and restaurants. In 10 min walk you will reach an Old Town and all possible discos and entertainment centers there and everywhere. you will have a 24 hours employee assistance We are located in Riga city center, 10-15 minutes walk to the central train or bus station and old Riga All Apartment is available for the guests . * only self checkin option! *High speed Wi-Fi Internet . * Parking is for free *all apartment is available . Usually the check in must be done after 15.00 oclock. Anyway, I try to make my the best to find the most comfortable solution for my guests. The chek out must be done before 11.00 am. All Apartment is free for guests . There is central heating system of the city in the apartment ! There is no heating from april till october and it is not possible to turn it on ! You can use fireplace that time or we could bring elevtric heaters if there is too cold ! Fireplace does not heat bedrooms ! There is boiler for hot water in the apartment ! It means limited hot water per evening !
