Great Location in Fondren! 1 block from the Fun!

Located in Fondren, my place is 1 block from Jackson's best restaurants, art galleries, and shopping! Very close to: Belhaven University Millsaps College UMMC, St. Dominics, Baptist Downtown Lakeland Drive You’ll love my place because it's located 1 block from all of the fabulous restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, music venues, galleries, boutiques, interior designers , frozen yogurt and popsicle shops, wine bars, and watering holes that the Fondren Neighborhood has to offer This apartment is located in a charming old house in the Fondren Neighborhood. The house is divided into 2 separate units, the front (street-facing) unit belonging to a real estate brokerage. The two spaces are totally separate from each other with separate entrances, thermostats, security systems, etc. Very private. The office occupants are only there sporadically throughout the weekdays. You likely won't notice them as their entrance is on the complete opposite side of the house. The apartment features a fully fenced and secured patio/deck and yard area. -The kitchen includes a full sized refrigerator and range, microwave, tea kettle for boiling water, pots and pans, coffee maker and coffee, a full set of dishes, glasses, mugs, stemware, and utensils, a blender, and a double bowl sink with disposal. There are lots of cabinets with plenty of storage space. -We have a Roku TV that gets basically anything you could watch on cable tv (ESPN, Fox Sports, Bravo, TLC, etc.). We also have an antenna with the local channels (20 channels or so including ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, PBS, etc.) - There is a Little Free Library in the side yard of the house, so don't be alarmed if you see neighbors/kids stopping to swap out books (and by all means feel free to peruse the book selection out there)! Fun to view from the kitchen window! Kitchen also overlooks a pretty shaded green space. I am happy to assist you in any way I can during your stay.
