Lagunala Beach Apartment (#2)

Come enjoy one of the finest beaches in Mauritius and watch memorable sunsets! This spacious, modern duplex apartment is 40 meters from the beach, directly across the street and with a direct pedestrian access. We are located in Pereybere near Grand Baie, which is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Mauritius. The apartment is a short walk away to a choice of restaurants, supermarket, bank, pharmacy etc… The duplex apartment is 65 sq-meters with all the necessary amenities. It has two levels, living room (with a ceiling fan) + kitchen on the ground floor, and a bathroom. on the top floor, one bedroom with air condition, and bathroom , plus a second bedroom with a double bed.. It also has a balcony and a veranda so that you can spend time outside in the warm weather. If you wish, we can help organise your transfers from and to the airport, car rentals, boat trips, deep sea fishing, kitesurfing and other water sports. Cheap public transport, taxis are readily available, as well as private parking on the premise shall you decide to rent a car. During your stay, we can be reached by phone, text messages and email, and will always be happy to address any questions/requests in French or in English. Guests are normally welcomed upon arrival by Genevieve or Regine to hand over the apartment and show the facilities If the transfer is arranged by us, the timing can be properly monitored, how ether if the clients have themselves hired a car from the airport, they will only be met once they have reached the Grand-Baie village and called or texted us. Electricity, produced mainly by combustion of gas and heavy oil, is very polluting and costly because of our remoteness. For these reasons, we ask you to be considerate in your use of these resources and to reduce the environmental impact of your stay. • When using air conditioning in bedrooms, please close the doors and windows. Also turn off the air conditioning when you are not using the room. The Housekeeper is instructed to turn them off in your place if you have not done so.
