Unable to except night workers or those who are self isolating. very quiet location/on-site parking Tea/coffee facilities and generous breakfast tray in room. rest, relax and enjoy a peaceful nights sleep. ideally situated for the IPO (5 minute walk) 2 min drive to m4 jct 28 Ideally located for Newport City Centre( 2 miles ) transport links ,bus stops near by; 10 min journey into town one train stop into Cardiff centre. local shops I like to provide my guests with a hotel experience without the price tag. mattress and pillow protectors are maintained to a high standard of hygiene, all rooms and areas are sanitised for your piece of mind. fresh towels and bottled water provided. Take a seat, relax and recuperate, surround yourself in the lush leafy greenery with the sounds of a gentle water feature nearby. My Home is open to you to relax and enjoy you can have use of the bathroom, dining area and garden area there are 2 parking spaces available on the drive , and ample free parking on street. iI will leave you to do your own thing, but also happy to socialise with my guests, but if you need anything ill be available or contactable. If you need a lift from Newport train station and I'm available, I am more than happy to collect you and drop you back without charge. if you need Taxis ,bus routes ,places of interest ,recommended eateries, I will do my best to accommodate with the information. a taxi is approx £ 4.50 and bus stop near by will take you on a straight route to town approx 10 minutes generous amount of eateries and leisure activities near by. Tredegar park on the doorstep,and Tredegar House a 5 minute drive away, cycle paths , Lovely quiet location situated near green open spaces. Town centre/train station is nearby easy access to Cardiff. Good links to the m4.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OFFICE and NATIONAL STATISTICS OFFICE - 0.5 mile CELTIC MANOR - 5miles, CARDIFF /TOWN/ BAY/- 10 miles CARDIFF AIRPORT - 24 MILES CAERLEON Roman Fortress and Baths - 7 miles SWANSEA-MUMBLES - 50 miles Good straight forward bus routes in to town (bus journey 10 mins) or surrounding areas, their is a bus stop less than a 2 minute walk from my home. Taxis are very reasonably priced less than a 5 minute drive to Newport town/ train station, and royal Gwent hospital. or easily reachable by bus or walking accessible motorway links, 2 minute drive to the M4. (Cardiff/Swansea-Bristol/London) Newport is a cathedral and university city and unitary authority area in south east Wales. It is located on the River Usk close to its confluence with the Severn Estuary. unfortunately i will not be able to accommodate night workers , i cannot accommodate guests who need to self isolate, please note this is a smoke free home.
