A futon is included to make room for three. AC and heated, DVD player, microwave, frig, coffee pot, toaster, induction hot plate all tastefully included for your comfort. Sheer bed drapes will give you the feeling of privacy. A fire pit has been added at the ramada and oak wood is available for purchase. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the farm The place is not appropriate for children or pets.
