Shady Lane Mirissa Room 2

Our home is located in the centre of the tourist area, 1 minute from the local shops & only 500m from the beach. Its a great central place to base yourself. The house has 2 rooms available, both en-suite, hot water, WIFI AC included and surrounded by a lovely garden where we run our cafe. Please note, breakfast is not included in the room rate for new bookings. We offer a super cheap room instead! We have a beautiful garden we have recently renovated with a palm roof and a lot of chairs and tables, a smoothie and breakfast bar open daily out the front of our house. The cafe has become increasingly popular over the past few months and it can be quite busy/loud on the property from the times 8am-2pm. We live in a beautiful tree lined street which is so central to all places in Mirissa. There are a lot of locally run guesthouses in our street and the locals are friendly and warm and you can get a slightly more authentic experience being away from the beach. We are located away from the noise of nightly beach parties which end on most days at 5am. There is a smoothie bar and small breakfast bar open on the property from 8am-2pm where there will be noise from blenders, music and customers chatting.
