East Bridge Apartments Newly renovated and stylishly furnished properties, exceptionally modern in their design and layout. This is one of three brand new apartments in one of Enniskillen’s prime locations that can accommodate a total of ten guests across the three properties. The property in this listing can accommodate up to four guests. The remaining two apartments can accommodate four and two guests respectively. All three apartments are separately listed on air bnb. Centrally located in the heart of the bustling town of Enniskillen our brand new apartments are immaculately finished. Each apartment is sound proofed offering a peaceful environment in which to relax, step outside your door and everything you need is within walking distance. Featuring high ceilings, white washed flooring the apartments are characterised by simplicity, functionality and minimalism. Brimming with modern features including wifi, a fully fitted kitchen, 42” Smart TVs and much more our goal is to provide a moment in time experience that our guests will cherish and remember for many years to come. We have three separate apartments all within the same building. Apartment One (first floor) - 2 guests/king bedroom Apartment Two (second floor) - 4 guests. 1 x king bedroom and 1 x single bed size bunk beds. Apartment Three (Third floor) - Identical to Apartment Two The king bedrooms in each apartment have plenty of room to accommodate a crib or travel cot for those travelling with infants. There is no additional charge for infants. Travel cots and bedlinen can be supplied on request at an additional charge of £15 which is payable locally. Just a one minute walk from the River Erne and right in the heart of Enniskillen’s shops, bars and restaurants, the location of these apartments means that everything is literally on your doorstep. If you are travelling by bus our apartments are located a short 8-10 minute walk from the bus station. If you are travelling by car there is no parking at the apartments. You can park on the street for up to one hour, this will accommodate check in and bag drop. 24 hour parking is located within 100 metres. Shore Road West and Shore Road East being the closest public parking operate a pay and display system, it costs up to £4 per day depending on the parking space used and the day of the week. There is free parking at The Broadmeadow and The Lakeland Forum Leisure Complex, these car parks are close to the bus station and it will take less than 10 minutes to walk back to the apartment. The free parking can be very busy as it is generally used by people who work in town, if you can’t find a space we advise to return after 5.30 pm when spaces will be in abundance. You can park on the street outside the apartments for free between the hours of 18:00 and 08:00. Parking is also free on a Sunday both on the street and in car parks. Meals can be ordered and delivered at an additional cost between 10am and 7.30pm, Monday to Saturday and 12noon and 7pm on Sundays. Menus are available in the apartments.
