AMAZING HOUSE Ada Bojana

Modern and fully equipped two floor house on the island side of the river Bojana for up to 6 people. House has a large terrace on water and parking space in the backyard. It is close to the bridge and restaurants, as well to the sandy beaches. Our house has potable water from the municipal water line! Amazing House has 70 m2. It is fully equipped, with free super fast WiFi, LCD cable TV, two air conditions, dishwasher, washing machine and BBQ. Tap water is safe to drink. It has three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, small balcony and large terrace on water. ~Three bedrooms - on the ground floor are two bedrooms, one with king size bed and another with single bed; on the upper floor is one bedroom with king size bed and, if needed, one single bed. It has air-conditioner. ~Living room is spacious and equipped with LCD cable TV, Radio CD Player and air-conditioner. There is also sofa (easily turning into bed). ~Kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, washing machine. ~Bathroom has shower cabin and hair dryer. ~Terrace (70 m2) above the river Bojana with astonishing views of the river and houses, is equipped with large dinning table, beach and deck chairs and umbrella. ~Garden is in the backyard, equipped with BBQ and hammock. ~Parking space for up to 3 cars. Entire House! Me and my family are always more than happy to meet our guests in person but sometimes we are not in a position to do so having in mind that we live in the Capital. Nevertheless, we are always available to offer assistance and help to our guests during their stay in the Amazing House! Ada Bojana is very attractive place for people who like to spend time in the nature, by the river and sea. Almost 15 km long sandy beach, with bars, restaurants and kite-surf clubs, will provide you with unique experience. During the summer season, lot of tourists come for kite-surfing, wind-surfing, wake-boarding, horse riding, cycling and fishing. The beach is less then 1 km away (up to 15 min by walk, 4-5 min by car or boat). All restaurants around the bridge are in a very short walking distance (2-3 min). Restaurants on the island side near estuary could reached in up to 15 min by walk. Small food store is within the Ada Bojana Camp Complex (entrance fee to be paid) and bigger food markets are in Shtoj (6 km on the way from Ada Bojana to Ulcinj, on your right hand side). No public transport is available. Taxi ride to Ulcinj is up to 15€. Ada Bojana is ideal for a vacation by the river and sea. All houses are in the nature, surranded by the wood and water (sometimes you will meet ants, spiders, mosquitoes but nothing to be affraid of). Our second home - Magic House DVF - is next to the Amazing House, with separated entrance and terrace but on the same platform. Both are for rent but guests have their own privacy. My house is surrounded by friendly and polite neighbors. During the summer season Ada Bojana is popular touristic destination so be aware of occasional house parties in the neighborhood and short electricity and water shortage. Upon request, we will assist in arranging the best rent-a-car and transfer services for our guests with discounted prices (available cars: Volvo XC60, Renault Espace, Renault Grand Scenic, Renault Clio, Renault Kangoo, Kia Seed, Ford Fiesta, Toyota Yaris, Daihatsu Sirion). Tourist tax is not included in price of the house and it charges 0,70 Euro per day per adult, 0,35 Euro per person from 12-18 age, whether children up to 12 years do not pay the Tax. It could be paid in Ulcinj (TO Office) or in Shtoj (TO Info Punkt).
