Privacy and tranquility in beautiful gardens with farm animals to hand feed. Your entrance to your apartment is via the garage into a 3 bedroom apartment. You have total privacy with a large living room with kitchenette with oven, leather couches & television /DVD opening out onto your own deck to enjoy gorgeous sunsets overlooking a large dam with fish, geese, sheep & Alpaca. We love guests to use the BBQ & sit on the deck with a glass of wine, or visit our veggie patch & sample the veggies. People wanting a rural experience close to the city! We have farm animals, you can go yabbying and fishing in our dam, many country walks and enjoy rambling through vegetable gardens with lots of bush settings. Come, relax and enjoy the serenity! So close to beautiful beaches, wineries & markets on the Mornington Peninsula. The apartment is totally yours to use, deck, garage and wondering around our 4.5 acre property. You are most welcome to feed the animals, go yabbying, gardening, planting vegetable seedlings or just sitting in the garden. We love to have interesting conversations with our guests. Many a wine has been shared on the deck with the sun setting and the birds nesting in the gum trees. We live in a rural community with homes set on 2.5 to 20 acres. It’s very bushy with eucalyptus, tea-trees, acacias, melaleucas & many more Australian natives. We can provide Uber as my husband drives for Uber. There is a bus at the end of our street to Frankston station train to Melbourne. We have fast connecting freeways within 10 minutes of Lynwood. You have your own garage & private entry. You have complete privacy. You have space to make your stay here a home away from home.
