This beautiful summer house is almost surrounded by sea, the décor is simple, combining modern with classic elements. This is an ideal holiday home for a group of family or friends, but also for romantic couple vacations. The property consists of two houses, a larger(main) house and a smaller (guest) house. The Main house, spreads on 2 levels via internal staircase (6 persons): - Ground floor: living room, kitchen fully equipped, dinning area, WC, two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms,large terrace with sea view and external covered sofa area. - 1st floor: master bedroom with private bathroom, private living room and large balcony with sea view. Smaller House / Guest House (50 sq. m), (4 persons) -Two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, cosy kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, coffee-machine, and a spacious terrace with covered dinning area. Distances: to beach: 30 meters to restaurant: 300 m to Soros beach and restaurants: 2 k (Website hidden by Airbnb) to port: 6 k (Website hidden by Airbnb) to shops: 6 km to medical care: 6 km The house is located 8km from the main village of Antiparos. Near the house there are: -Apandima beach house with a beach, coffee and food. (300-400 m from the house), -Soros village, with one tavern and one beach cafe and bar and beautiful beaches. (around 2 km from the house), - A small beach 20 m in front of the house, easily accessible, - A bigger beach around 50m from the house, which you can access within a 10 minutes walking distance, -The historical cave of Antiparos. All the shops (super markets, bakery, pharmacy etc) and the medical center are located in the main village of Antiparos, which is 8 km from the house. It is very important to have a car or a scooter. Maid service and linen service twice a week is included in the price. Daily linen service and chef are provided with extra charge.
