Absolutely stunning 2 bedroom luxury apartment with lots of fantastic features! To say the apartment is spacious would be an understatement, with views looking directly over the stunning Morecambe Bay. The bespoke bay window seat offers the perfect place to sit and take in the incredible sunsets or even just enjoy a little people watching. The open plan kitchen, living and dining room offers ample seating and an incredibly cosy space to relax and unwind after a long day. The master bedroom is the hidden gem of this apartment with a super king size bed on the ground floor and a mezzanine which accommodates 2 single beds to make the most fascinating family room. The en-suite bathroom features a large bath with perfectly positioned tv for if you want to really relax, 2 matching sinks and a walk in shower made all the more cosy with underfloor heating. The spare bedroom again is very spacious with a kingsize bed plenty of wardrobe space and an ensuite which doubles up as the main bathroom again with underfloor heating and a huge double shower. Parking is available on the road or in the pay and display carparks which are both within walking distance of the apartment. The one I would recommend is the West View Road carpark which is 24 hours and is probably the most secure in the area. All car parks are linked to Ringo so you can pay on your card. We shall be there to greet you on your arrival at the property and live nearby should you need any assistance during your stay... Situated in the centre of Morecambe promenade with plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby and of course only a 15 minute drive away from the idyllic Lake District. Bus stop directly outside on a main bus route for wishing to use public transport and the newly built Bay Gateway is a 5 minute drive away giving you access to the M6 motorway. There is access to a lift should you need help to get up the stairs (we are floor 1) There are communal bins situated at the back of the property if you use the door at the bottom of the stairs and take the door leading outside.
