New addition historic home next to Luther campus

Our home is located directly next to Luther College campus. A 10 minute walk to Pulpit Rock Brewery, or Toppling Goliath outlet, 15-20 minute walk to downtown Decorah. NOTE: Although our address is 510 North St. the driveway access is off of Leif Erickson Dr. (a long concrete drive leading up to two garages and 2 gravel parking slots to the left of the garages). just at the entrance to Luther Campus (use 505 Leif Erickson with GPS and ours is next driveway). We normally rent only the addition with three single beds (plus optional air mattress). A second bedroom can be rented separately if there is a need. Each has a private bath, the addition with a walk in shower and the second bedroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower. Guests may park off street to the left of our garages. The addition has a tv and fridge. There are decks in front and back with private entrance. We are normally available and open to assisting guests with any special needs or requests Parking is on the premises. The only public transportation is by taxi. A fourth bed can be set up.
